Analisis Faktor-Faktor Penerimaan E-Wallet Dengan Model UTAUT 2 (Studi Pada Masyarakat Sragen)
The rapid development of technology had transformed various aspects of life,
including payment systems. In digital era, technology had become an integral part of
daily life, facilitating access to information and supporting economic growth. One
innovation emerged was cashless payment, which simplify transactions and reduces
reliance on physical cash. By these technological advancements, digital wallets or e-
wallets also emerged, offering practical and secure solutions for conducting various
transactions. The aim of this study was to identify the factors influencing the
acceptance and use of e-wallets such as DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, and GoPay among
residents of Sragen Regency. This research used the UTAUT 2 model. The study used
a quantitative method with a sample of 123 respondents. Sampling was conducted
using purposive sampling was conducted by which quetionaires distributed with google
form. Data was analyzed by PLS-SEM with the assistance of SmartPLS version 3.0
software. The results indicated that Performance Expectancy (H1) and Social Influence
(H3) significantly affected Behavioral intention. In contrast, Effort Expectancy (H2),
Facilitating Condition (H4), Hedonic Motivation (H6), Price Value (H7), and Habit
(H8) did not impact to Behavioral intention. Meanwhile, Facilitating Condition (H5),
Habit (H9), and Behavioral intention (H10) had a significant effect on Use Behavior.
