Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepercayaan, dan Citra Perusahaan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Tabungan Emas Pegadaian Syariah (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
The study is aimed to determine and analyze the impact of the quality of
services, trust, and company image on the loyalty of customers of gold savings of
Pegadaian Shariah on the students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic
Business of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. By applying Theory of Planned
Behaviour (TPB) as the basis of the research. The Sampling technique in this study
used purposive sampling with defined criteria.
This study used quantitative research methods using the distribution of
questionnaires through google forms. The sample used in this study amounted to
100 respondents who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The analysis tool
used IBM SPSS Statistics software version 26.
The results of the research showed that 1) the quality of service had no effect
on customer loyalty. 2) confidence had a positive and significant influence on
customer loyality. 3) the image of the company had a positive and significant
influence on customer loyalty.
