PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, HARGA, DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN IDOLA SYAHENNA WEDDING ORGANIZER BOYOLALI
ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the Influence of Service Quality, Price, and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction of Idola Syahenna Wedding Organizer. This study applies a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which is analyzed with the assistance of IBM SPSS software version 26. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents from the Boyolali community who have used the services of Idola Syahenna.The results of this study prove that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of Idola Syahenna Wedding Organizer in Boyolali. Additionally, price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of Idola Syahenna Wedding Organizer in Boyolali, and product quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of Idola Syahenna Wedding Organizer in Boyolali.
