PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, KEPERCAYAAN PELANGGAN, DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN FREMILT DI SURAKARTA
ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, many people start businesses such as opening restaurants, cafes and shops which has resulted in increasingly fierce competition in the business world. One of the businesses that many business people run is by opening a beverage franchise business. Entrepreneurs need to renew their tea products and with innovation in tea production, the demand for and consumption of tea in Indonesia is expected to increase. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, customer trust and brand image on customer loyalty Fremilt in Surakarta. This research method is quantitative research. This study took samples using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The amount used in this study took 100 respondents who felt it was sufficient to represent the population. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires via the Google form which were distributed directly to Fremilt customers in Surakarta. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, instrument test, classic assumption test, model accuracy test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 23 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
