PENGARUH TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERUSAHAAN DAN KUALITAS HUBUNGAN TERHADAP KESETIAAN KONSUMEN (Studi Pada Toko Retail Rabbani Hijab Solo 2, Jalan Yosodipuro, Mangkubumen, Kota Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility
and Relationship Quality on consumer loyalty Rabbani Hijab Solo 2. This
research uses quantitatieve methods with probability sampling technique and the
type of sampling used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 110
respondents.
This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool, which is
analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25 with multiple linier regression analysis. The
variables used are Corporate Social Responsibility (X1), Relationship Quality
(X2) and Customer Loyalty (Y).
The results of this study indicate that the significant value of the Corporate
Social Responsibility and Relatinship Quality variables is 0,000 < 0,05. Which
means that the variables Corporate Social Responsibility and Relatinship Quality
have an significant effect on Customer Loyalty.
