ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PDAM TIRTA BHAGASASI KABUPATEN BEKASI

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and competence on
employee performance at PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi, Bekasi Regency. The type of
research used is quantitative research. This study uses primary data, the sample in
this study as many as 120 respondents taken from employees of PDAM Tirta
Bhagasasi.The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling technique. The
technique used is specifically done with a saturated sampling technique. The data
collection technique is done by spreading questionnaires made on the Likert scale.
Data analysis technique using multiple regressions with the help of SPSS for
windows version 22.
The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. competence had a positive and significant effect on
employee performance.
