Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Dan Kualitas Layanan Shoes And Care Solo Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan (Studi Pada Pelanggan Jasa Cuci Sepatu Shoes And Care Solo)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of reliability,
responsiveness and lifestyle toward customer satisfaction on Shoes and Care Solo.
Samples used are 100 respondents, who were Shoes and Care Solo’s customers.
This research is quantitative research with non probability sampling method and
data are collected by questionnaires. The analysis technique used multiple linear
regression.
The result of multiple linear regression analysis Y = 2,158 + 0,459x1 +
0,414x2 + 0,244x3 + e. Based on result of study: 1) Reliability has significant
impact on customer satisfaction. 2) Responsiveness has significant impact on
customer satisfaction. 3) Lifestyle has significant impact on customer satisfaction.
