PENGARUH WISATA WARISAN, LINGKUNGAN FISIK, DAN CITRA DESTINASI TERHADAP NIAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI PADA OBJEK WISATA PEMANDIAN UMBUL TIRTO MULYO KEMASAN BOYOLALI

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the influence of "Heritage Tourism, Physical
Environment, and Destination Image on Intention to Return to the Umbul Tirto
Mulyo Kemasan Baths Tourist Attraction". The type of research carried out in this
research is quantitative. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling
technique with the Purposive Sampling method. The sample used in this research
was 104 respondents who had come to Umbul Tirto Mulyo Kemasan. The types of
data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data were
analyzed using the SPSS version 23 test tool. The independent variables in this
research were heritage tourism, physical environment, and destination image.
Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this research is intention to visit again. And
the results of this research can be determined through the results of the partial test
and multiple linear regression analysis test so that it can be concluded that (1)
Heritage tourism can have a positive and significant effect on the intention to revisit
the Umbul Tirto Mulyo Kemasan Baths tourist attraction, (2) The physical
environment has a positive effect and does not have a significant effect on the
intention to visit again at the Umbul Tirto Mulyo Kemasan Bathing Tourist Object
and (3) The image of the destination can have a positive and significant effect on
the intention to return to visit the Umbul Tirto Mulyo Kemasan Bathing Tourist
Object.
