Pengaruh Promosi Gratis Ongkos Kirim Dan Online Customer Review Terhadap Pembelian Impulsif Pada Produk Fashion Melalui TikTok Shop (Studi Terhadap Mahasiswi UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of free shipping promotions and
online customer reviews on impulse purchases of fashion products through the
TikTok Shop. The object of this research is the female students of UIN Raden Mas
Said Surakarta Class of 2020.
The method used in this research is quantitative with an associative
approach. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire via Google
Form which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with
the help of SPSS 23 software. The sampling technique used purposive sampling.
The sample used in this research was 100 respondents.
The results of this research show that (1) From the significance results of
0,004 < 0,05 and the t value of 2,184 > 1,984, it can be concluded that the free
shipping promotion has a significant effect on impulse purchases of fashion
products through TikTok Shop (2) From the positive and significance results 0,000
< 0,05 and the t value is 2,461 > 1,948 so it can be concluded that Online Customer
Reviews have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases of fashion
products through the TikTok Shop.
