FEBI News| Xuzhou-China– On September 24, 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architectural Technology (JVIAT) and the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, marking a significant step towards academic and research collaboration between the two institutions.
Representing FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said were Dr. Arif Muanas, M.Sc, Vice Dean 1 for Academic Affairs and Institutional Development, and Dr. Ika Yoga, MM, Vice Dean 3 for Cooperation and Student Affairs. On behalf of JVIAT, Mr. Shen Shide, President of JVIAT Xuzhou, China, was present to sign the agreement.
The primary goal of this MoU is to enable both institutions to explore and discuss various avenues of collaboration, including:
- Development and Promotion of Research: Both parties will work together to foster research collaborations in areas of mutual interest, aiming to contribute to the global academic landscape.
- Exchange of Academic Staff, Scholars, and Students: The agreement opens opportunities for academic exchanges, allowing staff, scholars, and students from both institutions to learn and benefit from each other’s expertise.
- Co-operative Seminars and Workshops: The MoU paves the way for joint seminars, workshops, and other academic meetings to be organized, focusing on areas of shared interest.
- Exchange of Publications and Information: Both institutions will exchange academic publications and relevant information to further support mutual understanding and collaboration.
This partnership is expected to strengthen academic ties between FEBI UIN Raden Mas Said and JVIAT, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and the promotion of high-quality research in various fields.
